Beyond the stage, I am also a founder, adventurer, and former COO, having led both boardrooms and expeditions. My journey, marked by career reinvention, personal adversity, and pushing limits, forms the foundation of my talks. If you want the short version: my talks explore resilience, risk & adventure-inspired leadership, as well as leadership in the context of change & adaptability โ in careers and beyond. The longer version? My keynotes are built around personal stories that highlight: 1. Work-life balance: How life finally made me understand its importance 2. Comfort zones: Stepping out of mine to recognize my capabilities 3. Overcoming adversity: Bouncing back from a serious accident & fighting cancer 4. Grief and loss: Coping with the loss of my husband & best friend 5. Mindset and resilience: Overcoming challenges, the power of determination and perseverance (and how they played a role in my own journey) 6. Bringing up little girls as warriors: Introducing our daughter to skiing and trekking at three, building resilience to navigate challenges, including loss 7. The importance of support systems: Learning to accept help with gratitude and reach out during my toughest times 8. The power of self-care: Realizing I need to take care of myself first to care for others ๐๐น๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐น๐๐ฑ๐ฒ: Titan, Levis, NIIT, Tata Sons, Stryker, ZS Consulting, State Street, Angel Sumit and many more. As an entrepreneur and outdoor professional, I work with children, young people, and professionals urging them to step into the wilderness to understand leadership, responsibility, teamwork, and personal growth. My sole purpose today is to help people (of all ages!) explore their true potential. In the last 10 years, Iโve led treks to Everest Base Camp, Gokyo Lakes, Renjo La, and other high-altitude terrains in India and Nepal, tackled Grade 5 rapids on the Zanskar river, and am the first and only female to ever lead a civilian trek to the Siachen Glacier. And I did all of this after surviving cancer. For almost 23 years. And in those two decades I was Head of Operations for Zee Cinema, STAR Plus and STAR News, Head of Programming and Marketing for National Geographic Channel and History Channel and COO at UTV Entertainment.
