• Finex Cloud is seeking a skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to ensure the delivery of our top-notch cloud ERP solutions. In this role, you will lead QA activities, enhance testing processes, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Responsibilities:
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases to verify functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Test web, mobile, and database applications, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to define test plans, strategies, and QA metrics.
• Automate test cases using tools like Selenium WebDriver, streamlining test processes.
• Identify and document software defects, working with developers to resolve them and validate fixes.
• Create and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, scripts, and release notes.
• Analyze issues and implement preventive measures to enhance software quality.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, sharing expertise and improving team skills.
• Stay updated on emerging QA tools and methodologies, optimizing testing strategies.
• Support production deployments with thorough pre-release testing.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in QA, specializing in automated and manual testing for ERP or cloud-based systems.
• Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) and SQL for database validation.
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented approach.
• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
• Knowledge of scripting (Python or JavaScript).
• ERP and cloud platform testing experience.
