• 3. Collaborate Across Teams
• Partner with operations, product, engineering, finance and data science teams to fine-tune our platforms.
• Suggest improvements to routing algorithms, ETAs, driver app UX, and order batching logic.
• Support feature rollouts and gather feedback from frontline drivers and operations staff.
• Coach and support staff in identifying and implementing improvements.
• 4. Monitor Progress and Results
• Establish metrics to evaluate success (cost savings, lead time reduction, etc.).
• Report outcomes to executives and recommend next steps.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for ops and tech teams.
• 5. Promote a Culture of Continuous Improvement
• Champion lean thinking and problem-solving mindset across the project.
• Identify where automation (e.g., smart batching, predictive routing) can replace manual interventions.
