• 4. Uncover Underperformers: My focus then shifted to identifying campaigns, ad sets, and ads that fell short of the company's expectations. These underperformers were the ones I recommended discontinuing.
• 5. In-Depth Data Analysis: I conducted a detailed examination of the data associated with underperforming campaigns, ad sets, and ads. This deep dive aimed to uncover the root causes behind their lackluster performance, which could range from targeting issues to ad content problems, image quality concerns, fierce competition, or technical glitches.
• 6. Recommendations and Presentation: Based on my thorough analysis, I formulated a set of recommendations to guide the company's decisions on which campaigns, ad sets, and ads to discontinue. I then presented these findings, along with my data analysis, recommendations, and conclusions, in a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation.
