• Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, and contract terms while ensuring compliance with U.S. staffing policies and immigration regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for consultants, handling availability tracking, rate discussions, interview scheduling, feedback follow-ups, and project extensions.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes between clients and consultants to ensure timely closures and successful placements.
• Utilize multiple job portals and vendor networks (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate new business opportunities and close open requirements.
• Track submissions, maintain consultant databases, manage sales pipelines, and prepare daily/weekly performance reports for leadership review.
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills to consistently achieve placement targets and revenue goals
