• So I built the bridge myself.

• CA and CS exams have some of the lowest pass rates in the country. Not because students aren't smart. Because the system teaches them to memorize, not to think.
• I refused to play that game.
• At Tycoon Academy, I owned the subjects that make or break careers.
• CA Foundation. Accounting and Business Maths. The stage where most students either build their foundation or crack under it. I made sure they built it.
• CA Inter. Advanced Accounting. Strategic Financial Management. Costing. Three subjects that separate the serious from the struggling. I taught students to stop fearing numbers and start commanding them.
• CS Executive. Securities Law. A subject most students dread because they treat it like memorization. I taught them to treat it like logic.
• CS Intermediate. Economic and Labour Law. Dense, complex, and unforgiving. I broke it down into frameworks that made retention effortless and application instinctive.
• Every subject I touched had one common approach. Conceptual clarity over rote learning. Exam strategy over blind effort. Confidence over confusion.
• Students who walked in doubting themselves walked out qualifying exams that most people attempt multiple times.
• I didn't just teach subjects. I taught students how to win exams the system designed them to fail.

• I got tired of watching it happen.
• Built the Office of Surya Manoharan to be the financial backbone startups and MSMEs never knew they were missing.
• What I do is simple. What it fixes is everything.
• I walk into businesses where the accounting is chaos, the internal controls are nonexistent, and financial decisions are made on gut feeling instead of data. Then I rebuild it. From the ground up.

• Internal controls that protect you. Because one unchecked process today becomes a catastrophic leak tomorrow.

• Worked within the Product Control department of one of the world's leading global financial institutions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across multiple trading desks and business lines.
• Responsible for daily P&L verification, reconciliation processes, and variance analysis to ensure all financial positions were accurately captured and reported. Collaborated closely with front office, finance, and technology teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
