• Currently in Designing department wherein designing and development of sheet metal chassis component of Maruti Suzuki takes place.
• Design work is Carried on Siemens NX software.

• Bharat Seats Ltd is a joint Venture of Suzuki Motor Corporation Japan, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, Rohit Relan and Associates, responsible for manufacturing Automobile seat and train seats.
• They are one of biggest venders of Maruti Suzuki India and Suzuki 2 wheeler.
• My day to day activities included-
• Production planing of according to the quantity requirements.
• Line balancing, finding and reducing bottleneck
• Reaching the production goal with help of Seniors
• Analysis and ensuring application of DFMEA and PFMEA reports
• Reading Process flow diagram
• Along with these I also did learnt many Industrial technics like 5s, kaizen , Poka Yoke, Muda and many more.

• Designed, analysed, manufactured and tested a single seater vehicle called Go-kart for International Go-kart Championship held at LPU Punjab. Teams of more than 80 engineering schools across the country and outside came to participate and we were only team representing Haryana.
• Designed a robust vehicle frame and components using proper material and load calculations using softwares like CATIA and Ansys.
• Welded and joined other parts using suitable manufacturing process.
• Made a waterproof and robust electronic and electrical system with safety kill switches.
• Braking and steering system were made by using hydraulic technology and Ackerman steering geometry respectively.
• As a result, we cleared all the static and dynamic rounds. But unfortunately in the 5th lap of endurance run, there was a breakdown in braking system.
• This was a great learning experience.
