Here's my story: 2019 to 2023: Started my first business @ the age of 13 (2019) - It was a web development and automations agency for tuition centres to transition from offline to online. Grew tuition centres from 2 digit customers (students) to 4 digits. Successfully exited @ 15 (2022). Tried building a tech-wear & metaverse fashion company (2021). Struggled with the following: 1. Insanely complicated designs (e.g. Your jackets could turn into literal backpacks) = Struggled with finding our designer. 2. Same issue in the previous point = Struggled to find manufacturer + Insane cost of manufacturing. 3. Potential customers liked the products + Wouldn't buy because of high costs = No PMF. Closed (2022) because of high OpEx + No PMF. Tried building a Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) company (2022). Struggled with the following: 1. Went insane - Had 2 co-founders who I had never met in life. 2. Incorporated the company in UK based on market research. 3. Co-founders ghosted + excluded me from all conversations. 4. I was the only one spending all the money. 5. Removed them from co-founder + director positions post confrontations. 6. Tried running the company as a solopreneur. Found a partner few weeks later, he spent INR 16K, built a pilot farm but had structural issues, had to shut it down, ensured to repay him back INR 200K, delayed payments led to him defaming me. 7. Paid him the entire INR 200K. Hired 2 people + developed 3 products but couldn't properly scale without a co-founder. Closed (2023) because of co-founder issues. 2023 to Now: 1. Based on my experience: Lectured 250+ ideation + validation stage founders @ E-Cells, EDCs + Incubators, and 1,000+ students @ Colleges + Universities. 2. Built FounderX accidentally, an open learning + networking community for startups. 33 startup events + 2 startup conferences @ 6 Cities. 1,500+ Founders, Investors, Mentors, Enablers, Students + Employees = Combined Valuation @ $100 Million+ & Combined Funding Capacity @ 300 Million+ = Our Speakers + Participants. 3. Started content creation - 500K+ views 4. We launched a venture studio and 3 incubation programs. 2025+ 1. Expand FounderX 2. Build a VC Platform 3. Build an Angel Investment Network 4.
