• 1) Iridium Satellite Communications:
•  Iridium Communications Inc. (formerly Iridium Satellite LLC) is a company, based in United States which operates the Iridium satellite constellation, a system of 66 active satellites used for worldwide voice and data communication from hand-held satellite phones and other transceiver units.
•  Developed a new MTA for the Late Fee Automation .This will ensure regular application of Fees and increased revenue and will also save significant staff hours spent calculating, reviewing, and entering Late Fees.
•  Customization of invoice opcodes to Display Late fee applied on the bill in the Invoice.
•  Email notification architecture: Written an opcode which will accept the account poid and return information like all active optional and mandatory deals for the account.
•  Configured Price Plans for to support pooling Hierarchy, Charge and Discount Sharing Group and Member Plans for Telephony, and Paging Service.
•  Customized the General Ledger module to split the original event charges based on defined custom percentage and to accumulate the charges in multiple balance impacts with multiple G/L IDs for the same event.
•  Analyzed the root causes for Bill Failures and Invoice Rejects in Production System.
•  Developed Operational Scripts for reconciliation of Billing and invoicing data and thereby reduced lot of human efforts.
•  Written a Perl Script which will extract the MRC charges from both BSCS & BRM systems. And also it will compare the Bill to Bill results from both the systems.
•  Written a Perl Scripts for all services which will take the Mediation CDR files and process in BRM will generate the report giving the percentage of passed and failed records(with the reasons)
•  Supported QA by automating to generate the Bill to Bill comparison results b/w BSCS and BRM.
