  • contacts, opportunities and recurring donations.
  • Created Web to Lead and Web to Case forms for their website's various forms like: contact us, referral-form and volunteer signup. Also changed the form's html and made the forms stylish using CSS and JavaScript. The leads created from these forms helps in potentially identifying the opportunities and easily tracking the donors and contact database. The cases created from referral form helps the case owner to easily find the relevant information and quickly prepare the order to be collected. It also helps to track the number of goods being donated and number of families being supported.
  • Also integrated the Mailchimp to salesforce to reach out the new subscribers coming through
  • salesforce.
  • Imported all the existing donor, volunteer and social worker data into the salesforce via data loader tool. This will help the staff to manage all the data at one place instead of managing them in different spreadsheets.
