As VP of AI at QuillBot, I lead our AI-focused Research, Engineering, Alignment, and Data teams to build intelligent tools that unlock human expression and help people create great things with clarity, creativity, and confidence. I’m drawn to problems that don’t come with clean instructions or obvious answers. The kind of problems that bridge the theoretical and the practical, where mathematics, data, and intuition are what guide you from "this might work" to "this is working". The kind of problems that the field of AI is filled with. As a leader, I believe that people do their best work when they understand the "why" and own the "how". I focus on building cross-functional coalitions around a shared vision of AI-driven transformation and translate that vision into meaningful, measurable outcomes. My responsibility is to build and shape the edges of the space so that my teams have structure, clarity, and room to explore and execute with velocity and confidence.
