Early in my career, At Coca-Cola I navigated India’s retail distribution and activation across urban and tier 2/3 markets. At Asian Paints, I took that grounding into an international context, scaling decor marketing across 22 markets, and building GTM strategies across GCC, Egypt, CIS . At Radio Mirchi, I reshaped the legacy radio business and built it for the digital age — growing a multichannel network to 10 million subscribers and launching 24 online radio stations, eventually serving as Chief Digital Officer. At Spotify, I led the music strategy for India before taking on market strategy and operations across South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa - a region spanning some of the worlds fastest-growing music economies. Four companies. Three industries. Each required adapting to a new context, and building a different playbook.
