I am an experienced leader with a passion for building product, process and culture in order to effectively and predictably execute business strategy. After spending a number of years scaling a non-profit organization from its early days through to maturity, it became clear to me that I wanted to spend my career working with passionate people that are excited about solving problems. I wanted to continue to help define business direction that a team can rally around and build product and process that enables an organization to scale and make that vision a reality. In 2018, I shifted my focus and began using my communication and leadership skills to solve complex cross-functional problems at 6 River Systems. I worked with a highly passionate team solving hard problems in an ever-changing robotics and supply chain industry. In that role, I was responsible for the strategic product vision and roadmap for our picking product that ran on our warehouse robots. I managed a multitude of software engineering teams designing and executing the implementation of many greenfield products that powered Shopify’s fulfillment network along with over 100 warehouses in North America and Europe. Now, I am tackling a wide set of challenges at Boston Dynamics that will change the way that humans and robots interact. I am leading our Atlas product strategy, thinking about how humanoid robots can add value for people in a new and exciting way.
