• United States Air Force Europe (USAFE): Developed custom ArcIMS ActiveX application for GeoReach website. This application allowed planners to find Airbases, Airports and Airfields to support Aircraft world wide.
• USAFE: Developed tank inventory application in VB.NET, which allowed field users to update the current states of tanks.
• Internal Software Development (ACES): Assisted developers from CH2M HILL’s South West Region to develop an application to assist water departments throughout the South West. ACES was developed in VB.NET.
• Air Mobility Command (AMC): Developed web based application to support BRAC. The FSUPT tool allows planners to develop domino move scenarios and determine which one will be best suited for their needs. Additionally, this application allowed the users to search density of offices and determine if those offices were over or under regulation
• size. This application was developed in C#.
• iCIT Support: Supported CH2M HILL’s push into emergency management by providing technical support and demonstrating the iCIT application throughout the North East
• Region. Was Senior Software Developer for Customized iCIT installation for the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey, for Emergency Mitigation and Response.
• Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA): worked closely with Microsoft/Groove staff in gathering requirements and building a collaborative web based application for the IEMA Staff.

• Court Services and Supervision Agency (CSOSA): Developed address verification standardize their data entry. Development of ArcIMS mapping application for CSOSA’s research department. In order to aid their demographic analysis of offenders, and to determine offender proximity to community services and schools. Lastly, the development of a RouteMAP application to allow field users to select visitations and generate a map on the best route.
• DDOT, Emergency Management: Assisted DDOT/EMA staff in preparing applications and data for Hurricane Isabel.
• DDOT, Traffic Services Administration: Developed web based project tracking application with an ArcIMS interface. This application allowed project managers and
• senior staff to monitor the progress of project throughout the city.
• DDOT, Traffic Services Administration: Using ASP.NET and C# created a web based version of the Traffic Accident Reporting System. Data entry was moved from an
• ACCESS Application to a web based ASP.NET form, and SVG was utilized for accident diagrams. This was then submitted to an Oracle Database. An ArcIMS interface was developed to assist with accident analysis
