Shelf-life prediction using survival analysis. Vendor selection via Thompson Sampling. All feeding into a stochastic newsvendor optimizer that decides what to order and when. 📊 Data Pipeline (MongoDB → PostgreSQL)-MongoDB can't power Metabase dashboards at scale. CDC pipeline with change streams, auto schema evolution, and resume tokens for crash recovery. NoSQL to relational - because dashboards need structure. 📸 Computer Vision (OpenCV Native Module) 11-step image enhancement pipeline for product photos - CLAHE, denoising, white balance, perspective correction. Makes pack images look professional without a photography setup.
