My journey as an entrepreneur began with one simple decision: to get healthy. It was a simple decision to make, because I was 300 pounds, and was sick and tired of being sick and tired. That’s how I ended up losing 100 pounds then co-founding Manitoba Harvest Hemp Foods in 1998, then dedicating over 25 years to studying and practicing natural health & entrepreneurship. After serving as Chairman of the Board and CEO to 2016, and helping grow the business to $100 million annual revenue, I helped guide the 9-figure strategic sale of the company to Tilray in 2019 for $419 million. Since then, I’ve been investing, advising and coaching entrepreneurs to build & scale world class companies.
