In this capacity, I work with the full spectrum of methodologies, from simplified approaches to the three-stage general approach, to help ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence. Specialized IFRS Expertise: I also provide support on other complex standards, including IFRS17 (Insurance Contracts), IFRS3 (Business Combinations), IFRS10 (Consolidated Financial Statements), IFRS13 (Fair Value Measurement), IFRS15 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers), and IFRS16 (Leases). Transaction & M&A Advisory: I assist clients through the critical milestones of a transaction. Drawing on my experience supporting M&A deals in KSA and the UAE, I help with services such as sell-side valuations, designing pricing structures, business valuation modeling, and performing Purchase Price Allocations (PPA) under IFRS3 and subsequent impairment testing. I believe strongly in empowering our clients. For this reason, I personally design and deliver IFRS training programs. My aim is to equip finance teams with the knowledge and tools they need to manage reporting challenges with confidence, which in turn helps build our firm's reputation as a trusted partner. I have trained finance professionals globally, conducted webinars on IFRS 17 and IFRS 9, and developed premium courses that simplify intricate standards into actionable insights. My mission is to bridge the gap between technical accounting and real-world application—delivering knowledge that is both practical and impactful.
