I am an educator, design expert, and mentor dedicated to shaping minds and driving innovation. With a Ph.D. in Design Education (CASE) and an M.E. in Production and Manufacturing Science (M.S.U. Vadodara), I combine academic excellence with industry expertise. I focus on creating impactful educational experiences. Over eight years in industrial R&D and about two and a half decades at NIFT Hyderabad, I have contributed to consultancy, curriculum development, and traditional craft development. I have published more than twenty internationally recognized papers on fashion and design education, traditional crafts, energy conservation, creativity, packaging design, and student evaluation, presenting my research at global conferences, including the International Educational Technology Conference in Chicago, the Global Academic Network Conference in Sydney, and REFLECTIONS 2014 in Hyderabad, among others. I’ve interacted with international academia and industry leaders through visits to institutions in the USA, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Paris, Glasgow, and Malaysia. This global exposure has shaped my approach to integrating international best practices in education and design. I also serve on the Design Advisory Committee, T-Works, under the Telangana Government.
