As a Recruitment Associate at Where U Elevate, I independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, taking full ownership and accountability for every stage of the process.
My responsibilities include understanding and analyzing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates across multiple platforms, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and maintaining clear communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience. I guide candidates from application to offer, while managing client expectations and providing regular hiring updates.
Beyond recruitment, I actively contribute to process improvements, maintain recruitment trackers and databases, and ensure an excellent candidate and client experience through timely and quality talent acquisition.
