About

I’ve spent over two decades at the intersection of government transformation, supplier equity, and mission-driven technology — serving as Executive Director of OSDBU at both the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Office of Personnel Management, and overseeing some of the most impactful procurement turnarounds in federal history. At OPM, I helped elevate the agency’s SBA Scorecard from a “D” to “A+” and opened $1.5B+ in new opportunities for small, minority-, and women-owned businesses. At VA, I focused on scaling Veteran entrepreneurship through data-driven supplier access and streamlined onboarding tied to the Veterans First mandate. Today, I operate at the forefront of AI adoption in the public sector, advising emerging SaaS platforms and government stakeholders on ethical, scalable, and inclusive transformation. I led the launch of Chattero.ai, an AI-powered onboarding and multilingual content generation platform, and co-founded the GovCon & AI Summit, a national forum for accelerating safe AI deployment in government. 🔹 Advisory Focus Areas: • Public Sector Transformation & Change Management • AI-Enabled Procurement & Supplier Strategy • Executive Stakeholder Enablement • Inclusive Contracting & Federal Acquisition (FAC-C Level III) • Trusted Public Sector–Tech Partnerships 📘 Author, The Great Equalizer: Winning at Warp Speed (2025) 🎤 Speaker, Carnegie Hall Power Summit on AI in Government 🤝 White House Advisor – Minority Entrepreneurship & Promise Zones
