Hello, I am a Chartered Accountant and lawyer. I was working in the Corporate world for a little more than 8 years but one fine day, I wanted to do a bit more and dived into an early stage venture - UNOCUE. My love for shark tank and startups pushed me into the private equity space post three years of running Unocue from 0 to 1. At Malpani Ventures, we fund frugal founders with patient capital at pre-seed / seed stage, largely focusing on B2B industry. At Unocue, we focus on 3 main verticals - career counselling (9th Grade to PG), recruitments (0-3 years experience) and skilling (degree programs). As an early member, I wear many hats - including Corporate Strategy, B2B projects and Digital marketing. Also, engaged in building the next-generation of recruitment platform. You can may be call me a Product Manager of sorts (that's only if I have understood the role of a PM correctly). I am a curious learner and love to be updated about what's happening around. I had been instrumental in setting up the right practices and processes during the interim period. Worked on stressed companies with a debt size of INR 30-500 bn across industries. I was also a part of the M&A team at KPMG for over 3 years where I assisted in strategizing, conceptualizing and implementing over 30+ transactions.
