My responsibilities span three areas: Platform & Service Delivery I oversee globally distributed teams (100+ professionals) responsible for production support, platform operations, and DevOps in support of enterprise data workloads. My focus is on operational resilience and business-aligned reliability — ensuring data platforms remain stable, responsive, and capable of enabling critical decision-making across the organization. Vendor & Financial Accountability Operating within a multi-vendor ecosystem, I manage significant technology portfolios spanning cloud, software, and professional services. I combine disciplined financial governance with FinOps principles to improve cost transparency, forecast accuracy, and long-term value — ensuring performance and efficiency evolve together. India Site Leadership As the India Site Leader for the Data Insights & Analytics function, I am responsible for growing the India footprint, hiring and mentoring talent, and strengthening organizational depth within the function. I work to align local execution with global priorities while fostering a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Alongside my enterprise role, I write extensively about AI and emerging technologies in Kannada, with a growing interest in advancing AI and data literacy across languages and audiences.
