If you can speak, you can influence. If you can influence, you can change lives. Hi, I am Richa Kapila, an entrepreneur and the co-founder of D’chica (as seen on Shark Tank India). Graduating from Pearl Academy in 2013, I started my entrepreneurial journey as a young girl with dreams and ambitions. With no mentor to guide me, I took a leap of faith in 2019, co-founding our start-up baby D'chica with my partner Vani Chugh to empower teen girls and young women. Originating from humble beginnings, our venture blossomed from the drawing room into a beacon of innovation and empowerment. Through relentless hard work and unwavering determination, we transformed our dreams into reality, culminating in a pivotal moment on Shark Tank India. Securing funding from sharks Namita Thapar and Vineeta Singh, our journey took a significant leap forward, propelling us toward greater heights of success. Recognized as a 30 under 30 achiever, I draw upon my experiences to inspire others and share insights into the entrepreneurial journey.
