• My job is to organize, design and deliver training events. The main task is on new workers and their training in order to get good trained people in different areas.
• I write training materijal and update it when necessary due to HSE laws.
• I monitoring new workers 6-12 months and they have contact with me all the time. So whenever they need help or some explanations due to job they can ask me.

• My job was to take care of the safety of the main and auxiliary machine at the OCMs Cirikovac and Drmno, as well as the safety of workers.
• Implemented and coordinated mine safety programs on both mines.

• Supervision on excavation waste rock and coal on open pit mine with ECS systems.
• Coordinated the small mining operations. Worked with engineers and employees in the mechanical and electrical department as well as mining engineers.
