About

I lead complex AI and migration programs and have spent the last decade helping teams transform the way they work and deliver innovative solutions and ambitious results without losing their humanity. Along the way, I’ve met so many women whose lives look impressive on paper—but who feel a quiet gap between what they’ve built and what they long for. Women who want connection with others like them, without the performance of traditional networking or the shallowness of small talk. Ensō is my response to that gap: a private club and salon series for accomplished, emotionally intelligent women who are ready to rethink what a “good life” means now. It’s a modern circle where ambition meets belonging—and where we explore work, love, freedom, commitment, rest, and friendship while designing a life operating system that actually supports the woman you are today. I’m building Ensō alongside my current role, starting with intimate online gatherings and home salons in Denver. If this resonates, I’d love to connect.
