Worked closely with business stakeholders and clients to incorporate feedback and enhance the project's value proposition.
• Created novel features and incorporated complex logical rules from legacy system.

• Liberty Mutual Group Benefits was acquired by Lincoln Financial in May 2018. My experience during this time is described as continuing some of my Liberty projects while improving my technical skills and monitoring the Game of Thrones taking place in upper middle management.

• Liberty Mutual Group Benefits sale was announced in January 2018, leading us to focus on exploratory projects during the transition period, including:
• Exploring 400+ TransUnion rating factors to determine if they enhance predicting the duration of
• disability claims
• Using text analytics on claims notes to enhance predictive model targeting claims with quality issues,
• improving top 10% identification rate from 16% to 22%
• Assess use of predictive analytics to augment LMB’s economic capital modeling process

• Designed and developed a framework to optimize opportunities for customer retention in our call centers. Framework utilized ensemble models based on customer data and complex telephony rules to achieve significant lift in incremental policies saved over random call routing. Developed a Microstrategy dashboard to inform stakeholders of project success.
• LM.Com lead routing project: Uplift modeling framework that decides in near real time whether leads should receive immediate call follow-up, agent outreach, or digital targeting based on quoting information. Rebuilt 9 GLMs responsible for routing 1m leads annually. Built an R Shiny tool to monitor and present results of project to stakeholders
