I spend most of my time working with sales and delivery teams to shape automation and integration solutions early before they turn into projects. In my current role, I support pre-sales conversations, help with solution discovery, and think through integration approaches so teams go in with clarity rather than assumptions. Day to day, that looks like: -Talking through requirements and constraints with clients and internal teams -Helping define scope, effort, and realistic timelines -Designing or reviewing integrations and iPaaS-based approaches -Making sure what’s proposed can actually be built and supported long term Alongside this, I also spend time working on new product features and solution capabilities, mentoring team members, and supporting them as they grow into more confident practitioners. I make it a point to stay close to what’s changing in the market , especially around automation platforms and AI trends and think about how those shifts can be applied in practical, responsible ways rather than as buzzwords. I have worked extensively with platforms like Workato and SnapLogic, primarily in enterprise and finance environments, where reliability and governance really matter. Over time, my focus has shifted from building everything myself to helping teams make better decisions and avoid common pitfalls. Collaboration using Bots
1. Analyzed chat applications like Hipchat, Slack & Rocketchat for collaboration to lay down a standard messaging platform which was a replacement for costly SMS notifications.
2. API’s of chat applications were tested and used with Snaplogic tool for Major Incident management process.
3. Integrated chat with hubot by installing & configuring adapters available in GIT.
4. Scripted hubot with the chat to reduce manual intervention to create Incident/Service request/Change.
5. Create user friendly commands to receive updates on the ticket/Activity ID. Ensured that user doesn’t go behind the bars of mail threads and receives instantaneous update without waiting for a human agent to join.
