I am a User Experience Lead with hands-on experience shaping product direction through user research, strategy, and design thinking. Over the last few years, I’ve worked end-to-end on Enterprise and GT products from defining problems early, conducting UX research and NPS analysis, to improving usability, trust, and product value. I have led UX efforts on multiple award-winning projects, partnered closely with product owners and engineering teams, and driven continuous improvement through real user empathy including closing the loop with detractors to understand and fix root problems. Beyond product work, I actively contribute to the design community as a speaker, mentor, and workshop facilitator. I strongly believe great UX starts by meeting users where they are — not just through dashboards, but through real conversations. Today, my focus is on moving UX beyond screens helping teams define what to build, why it matters, and how it creates impact.
