After graduating engineering from VJTI Mumbai, I stumbled my way into Talent Acquisition, through talent branding. Learnt very quickly, that Talent Acquisition is the role of an aggregator product app - meeting great candidates with right fit opportunities. My earliest stints were hiring for engineers across, backend, frontend (web + mobile), Data, Analytics, and also brief hiring stints for Customer Success, Product, Design, Founder's Office. Different roles keep coming back, but the expectations remain the same - how quickly can we close a role with the right candidate? To that end, I specialize in understanding the role requirements directly from hiring managers so we interview minimum candidates for maximum hires. I have led experiments involving deep technical screenings and interview preparations that ensure we find & convert the best candidates. But I couldn't shake off the engineer in me, entirely. So I also help in installing, and modifying makeshift recruitment systems within G-suites so we can be a step ahead of all data requirements.
