At SOLS 24/7 Group, I wear a dual hat: I lead SOLS Smart, our corporate training arm, while also overseeing people and culture across the entire SOLS 24/7 group. My focus is on creating practical, purpose driven learning experiences and building HR systems that help teams grow, perform, and feel connected to something bigger. I’m especially passionate about making training meaningful whether it’s helping a young professional communicate better at work, or designing claimable programs that support corporate teams in real ways. At the same time, I work behind the scenes to build strong HR frameworks, coach leaders, and ensure our culture reflects who we truly are. I was honoured to be named one of Malaysia’s Promising Young HR Professionals in 2024, but what drives me most is the impact we make on people especially those from underserved communities. I believe growth should be inclusive, and that learning is one of the most powerful tools to change lives.
