• As a part of the IPM Curriculum we had to do a social internship with any NGO/CSR. I chose to do my social internship with the CSR department of the NTPC Rihand where I learned a lot about the different kinds of communities around the township. I was also given the opportunity to to do a study where I had to find the difference between the education levels of the students in the township schools and the government schools in the three villages outside the township, which were, Bijpur, Sirsoti and Dodhar. In this this internship, I also learnt how an organization can have its hands tied by its own stakeholders.
