  • During the sales and marketing internship stint I studied Udaipur hub, which consists 4 towns, using lead/lag town methodology where Sri Ganganagar was the lead town in terms of sales and Udaipur was lag town to identify reason for lower sales in lag town.
  • With the data collected I did the comparative analysis keeping 7 main parameters to devise town specific action plan.
  • In the second phase of the internship, I implemented the action plan in Rajsamand with focus on increasing mainly accessibility, ability, activation and affordability. For achieving these goals, I identified 5 ASD appointment locations for a possible new dealership in the area. Then planned & supervised 2 LEM activities & one canopy activity as a part of the activation. Also, I carried out primary market research in Rajsamand with 150+ respondents to assess inquiry fallout reason which was hampering the sales.
  • The action plan helped Udaipur hub achieve 38% sales growth in April-June quarter whereas the rest of the Rajasthan state showed only 2% sales growth.
