About

OUR EMPLOYEES (of Lydian and Management Technician) DO NOT EXIST ON LINKEDIN. ON PURPOSE. *** I solve supply chain problems that are solvable and leaves extra cash on the table. Using science, math, software and good old fashioned ‘just do it’ way. That's my core skill set. Actually, not just 'supply chain' - an artificial science, but anything to do with operations in general. Whatever makes an efficient system. I understand something beyond arithmetic and algebra. E.g. I understand distributions and variability. I understand where π and e comes from in natural phenomenon. I understand chance, risk and probability. At least intuitively. I can distinguish hypothesis from managerial BS. I can come up with weird sounding proposals that they eventually implement 10 years later. I speak my mind. Only keeping in mind shareholders' interests. The ones whose blood and sweat made the corporations that feed us. Bureaucracy and hierarchy is something I cannot tolerate. Even for 30 seconds. But scientific arguments can keep me engaged for 72 hours nonstop. I can't solve the problem of ships getting stuck in Suez Canal as that has got nothing to do with Supply Chain! I can work as a Janitor too if it helps with commercial outcomes. I wipe it squeaky clean. Without tools too. Just whisper the agenda to me. I can screw an entire economy if needed. I despise being called a 'functional' consultant or an 'SAP Consultant'. I know YOUR business and hence I talk. My expertise on SAP Solutions design is rooted in reason, science and commercial utility. Not poetry. IF you are specifically looking for SAP expertise, I suggest you look at alumni of Ameerpet Metropolitan University, Hyderabad

Lydian global business services

Chief Executive Officer

Apr 2023Present · 3 yrs · Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines · On-site

  • Setting new standards of economics in the world of Enterprise Applications. Primarily SAP driven.
  • We apply scientific rigor to SAP Applications to get the maximum business value from the applications. Productivity. With least number of resources possible. Supply Chain Planning, Scheduling, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Costing and Profitability Analysis. The integration mambo Jambo. Simplying it. Questioning current state only to fix what's broken. The Data foundation needed for Intelligent Enterprise!
  • ONLY the very best Consultants with deep Business (corporate functions, ops, core Industry economics) and Technology experience (possibilities galore), work with us. 40+ yo. Some 55+. Hands-on. Not configurators. They are your management and technology consultants rolled into one. Try it out.
  • I pretend to be the CEO (because I am on paper), but I itch to know where I can add my ignorance in the projects we undertake. What can I learn from others. What can I teach customers for free. I am merely curious.
  • We are based in 'Low-cost' Countries. Because we are born there. But we are NOT CHEAP. We undertake only fixed price projects with fixed scope and deliverables. We spend all it takes to make the use case right. We write it ourselves. We tell the customers where they are wasting their effort and monies on. Proactively. And we know our customers understand what they are getting into. We turn it around quickly. No 5 months workshops sessions. No calls ruminating over the same topic 20 times over.
  • In case we are not big enough to be your vendors (SOX Compliances), and you think we might screw up as a small nondescript company operating out of a pigeonhole (that's true actually), you pay us ONLY when we deliver what we promised. Again, NOT cheap. If it makes easy for you, you can deal with us through any of our legal entities in UK, US, India, Philippines and Australia.
  • We do not have glass and steel offices with cafeterias facing Hudson Bay. We do not want to.
