• After initially working as Content Writer of the brand, I moved on to managing the entire content that went on various channels of the brand Ankur Warikoo, and its machinery.
• Few things I did
• 1. Ghostwrote "Do Epic Shit" in 2021 which went on to become a bestseller, generating a royally of 10Mn INR+ in the first year. Fun fact: I wrote it in 11 days!!
• 2. Ghostwrote "Get Epic Shit Done" in 2022 which again went on to become an instant bestseller. Fun fact: I wrote it in 50 days only :)
• 3. Lead the Content of the brand Ankur Warikoo, from ~1Mn followers in March 2020 to 9.1Mn+ in June 2023 - an 800% + increase over 3 years
• 4. Created and lead content of the Brand wariCrew channels single-handedly - that included Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter channels from September 2022 to March 2023, and lead to 2X numbers for these channels, with huge growth rates on LinkedIn and Twitter.
• 5. Created a workflow system for processes of the entire content team on Asana - that lead to project efficiency, minimal to nil follow-ups, and clear designation of responsibility and accountability
• 6. Hired, groomed and worked directly with all team members of the content team - full-times, interns and partners.
• 7. Directly curated LinkedIn content of Ankur Warikoo LinkedIn channel - till May 2023, which grew to 2.1 Mn followers till then
• 8. Reviewed all final content that went live on all Ankur Warikoo channels - YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube shorts, Facebook and newsletter
• 9. Coordinated with clients directly for sharing of final content, carrying out edits (if any) and making sure all sponsored content pieces went live as agreed.
• 10. Coordinated with all agencies for their content delivery as well as their interaction with the team, for smooth sailing between agencies and the internal team
• 11. Managed agencies and partner payments
• 12. A personal milestone hit during this stint of mine at wariCrew was to create a "no work on weekend" culture despite working from home.

Mar 2020 – May 2021 · 1 yr 2 mos

• Joined as the first six few hires of the brand, and worked as a part-time content writer, before moving on to take the full-time role.
• Responsibilities during this time included:
• Coming up with ideas for Instagram and LinkedIn
• Curating Ankur Warikoo LinkedIn content from scratch to finish
• Coming up with captions for all content pieces
• Writing daily blogs on ankurwarikoo dot com website
• Binding up content of the entire team together and keeping it ready to be posted for the next week onwards
• Lessons learnt during this internship phase:
• 1. You can change careers at any time AND be successful and happy at it.
• 2. The skills of your old career come to help you in your new career. The skills of managing work in previous jobs led me to becoming the "sutradhar" of the team aka bonding the entire team together.
• 3. Life's good when you do what you love - in my case, writing :)

Sep 2019 – Aug 2022 · 2 yrs 11 mos · New Delhi, Delhi, India

• I freelanced as a writer, after writing my two books (search "Nishtha Gehija" on Amazon), daily blog for ~5 years, sending several newsletters and creating content on Instagram for some time.
• Categories I freelanced in:
• Blogger
• LOVED it.
• The ability to write long form and capture audience's attention where everyone wants quick dopamine, was one of the most fulfilling parts of my job.
• Social media captions
• I am great at one liners. Even my Mom testifies for it :D
• LinkedIn Personal Branding for founders and CEOs
• To understand what goes inside a CEO's head, do that for two people at the same time, along with your full-time job - was the joy pro max. More so, because we got results better than we had expected.
• Late August 2022, I stopped freelancing to give myself a break, and focus 100% on the job of Content Manager and writer for Ankur Warikoo.
• Only to know, that in less than a year, I'd jump to full-time writing and solopreneurship :)

• I was a part-time ghostwriter from November 2014 to June 2023. After gathering enough experience and courage, now a full-time writer.

• Got promoted as Senior Manger in April 2017, and continued to work in the position, till my resignation in 2018.
