Together with my Team here in APAC, we strive to bring the best possible diagnostics options to patients and their families all across the continents. This includes affordability of and access to healthcare - there is no treatment without proper diagnosis. I am passionate about enabling people to thrive, leveraging my collaborative and supportive leadership style as well as my mission-oriented approach. With more than 20 years of experience in leading teams across APAC, EMEA and the US, I deeply believe in diversity, providing a safe space to share different opinions and ideas - the imagination of many always beats the ideas of one. More than 10 years of my experience are in our Radiology business at #TeamBayer, working at the intersection of Pharma and Medical Devices to provide unique opportunities leading to #HealthForAll. And the wide array of solutions in our portfolio allowed to me to leverage my curiosity as one of my biggest strength. Through collaboration with healthcare providers, payors and other industry players, we have created solutions that lead to better diagnostic outcomes while operating with limited resources in our healthcare systems.
