• Supporting the end users on their Day-to-day routine functionalities. Providing day to day operational and process support to users. Had discussions with process owner, system developers and end users. Monitoring IDOC’S and batch jobs. Resolved issues regarding Sales, deliveries, advise dates, EDI orders, Pricing and output determination. Worked on Purchase order and Stock transfer orders. Working knowledge on external systems like Webshop, Paragon, Edi light and Open text. Mostly worked on P2, P3 and P4 incidents. Working knowledge on OpenText outputs like sales order confirmation, delivery outputs and Invoice outputs. Working on incidents, service task and Change request, used Service now as ticketing tool. Providing user manuals to understand more clearly about the process. Supporting the end users on their Day-to-day routine functionalities.
