About

In my early career, I experienced the impact of a negative workplace culture. I saw first-hand how it holds people back, drains energy, and damages results. That’s why I built Tale Production, dedicated to helping organisations improve culture through strategic video content. 📽️ 90 seconds to show you how this could support you: https://vimeo.com/1136659466 You being: HR Leaders | People Officers | Internal Comms | Senior Leaders | Internal Events ↳ Supported 2 of the world’s top 4 FMCG companies ↳ Created award-winning AR and video experiences for global brands ↳ Help senior leaders craft content that connects, educates, and inspires But I noticed something: Many leaders know culture matters. They’ve thought about using video to support it, but they’re unsure where or how to start. That’s why we offer free strategies first — so the content is always the right thing to do, in the short and long term. We support leaders to create content that strengthens culture across: ↳ Safety ↳ Sustainability ↳ Recuritment ↳ Quality … and more. Serving industries such as: Manufacturing, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Sporting Goods, Computer Hardware, Household Appliances, and beyond. 2 ways to get started: ↳ Book a call with me: https://calendly.com/alexlees/intro-call ↳ Explore free resources at Tale Production Not ready? ↳ Follow me on LinkedIn for regular tips on internal comms & culture

  • 🟠 Help senior leaders craft authentic content that strengthens culture around training, safety, sustainability, quality, and leadership communication.
  • Develop free strategy frameworks so organisations always create the right content, short and long term.
  • Pioneer innovative formats, from live action to augmented reality, to bring internal messages to life.

  • My year internship at P&G provided the opportunity to develop as a person in every aspect required for becoming a manager and an engineer. First of all, I managed a £65,000 fire system project to maintain P&G and NFPA standards. Secondly, the responsibility of 23 dry sprinkler systems was given to me to prevent false alarms and increase safety. Thirdly, I lead projects to install access platforms and other fire system upgrades. Finally, I was able to assist the company with their energy saving goals by making an energy saving of £3000 pa through compressed air savings.
