I've been in ecommerce for 23+ years. I was manager of online marketing for a $2B global merchant. I was head of product for 2 ecommerce Saas companies. I've been in the ecommerce agency world for the past 10 years helping brands evolve and grow through the intersection of strategy, tech and user experience. Over this amazing journey, I've had the privilege of building 4 UX practices from the ground up. This experience has given me a unique perspective when it comes to Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Now as Director of Business Development for Visually.io, I help brands unlock their CRO roadmap by removing their dependency on tech teams and tech backlogs and empowering them with a tool that transforms their ideas into quick learnings and visible impact. After just 2 years, Visually had >3% of all Shopify BFCM traffic flow through it. Why?
