I’ve come a long way to see that someone from a small town can really travel geographies which are far and wide. My real differentiator isn’t just expertise but the courage to reimagine, inspire, and turn complexity into progress. This is what I’ve been doing and this is also something which gives me joy. My early years gave me the confidence of my oratory skills since it came from my teachers. This is where the thrill of school debates to transformative chapters at TCS, Infosys, and Oracle came through. Every move has brought purposeful change and has helped me to work on my strength i.e., seamlessly connecting people with technology and process. I was trusted for aligning diverse business goals by building a culture of trust & collaboration. Over time, I’ve led high-impact project & program management initiatives that has delivered results. I’ve always believed that relentless learning is my compass and I’ve been on that path as a published author, part-time PhD scholar, and e-MBA grad from IIM Kozhikode. Jindal University & IIM Rohtak is something that helps me to share what I know and also learn from the budding future leaders. ➡️ I’ve been a contributor to supporting startup hypergrowth, embedding innovation and building impactful partnerships where tech makes life easier for people. ➡️ Toastmasters is journey that shaped my clarity and influence. It allowed me to teach, coach, and inspire action in both boardrooms and classrooms. ➡️ I connect business, people, and tech through storytelling The one value that guides me is ‘Importance of presence over presents’. I chose to return home at my career’s peak to care for my parents. This was all about championing the value system that I’ve imbibed from them. This is also something that has shaped my leadership style including aspects like leading with empathy, authenticity, and commitment.
