About

‘‘Facilitating successful relationships in changing environments" I have been fortunate to have worked in and consulted with government, not for profit and private sector organisations in very different industries over the last 25 years and worked with some great people. I specialise in: * Facilitating meetings, workshops and events & project health checks * Designing and delivering stakeholder engagement and change management programs * Engaging people in the workplace around changes that are about to happen or happening, including business visioning and planning and business continuity ** Resilience coaching for groups of adolescents, parents, workers, communities * Improving customer services, with a focus on diversity and inclusion practices * Mediation of community or group disputes * Delivering training around changes in legislation, policy and practice. I collaborate with others in order to ensure that my clients get the best of skills and the most up to date of information and knowledge. ** I am associated with the Resilience Centre (www.theresiliencecentre.com.au) as a Resilience Facilitator. If you are interested in building the resilience of your team or community please contact the Centre and mention me in your conversation with them about your needs. Twelve years ago I decided to go out on my own as a sole trader. I named my practice "Tre Sorelle" that translates as "Three Sisters". My two sisters (and my many non-blood sisters) have been my greatest critics and supporters. The values I apply in my business I learnt being part of an extended Italian family and community - everyone matters; play fair and with honesty and integrity; respect and value differences; listen and consider before you act; be humble and don't let ego get the better of you; many hands make light work and give it your all if you want to create something worthwhile.

Fulton hogan

Stakeholder Engagement Manager - Princes Highway Upgrade, Gerringong

Jan 2012Jan 2013 · 1 yr · Gerringong, New South Wales, Australia

  • Stakeholder Director | Princes Highway Upgrade, Gerringong | RMS
  • I was instrumental in setting up the stakeholder engagement approach and influenced the level of community and stakeholder input into the design phase. The client clearly indicated that they wanted Fulton Hogan to push the boundaries of usual involvement in the detailed design phase of this project of stakeholders. The initial challenge was working with the team of senior designers to identify where stakeholder input was possible. In the end the team agreed on a number of areas where there were opportunities for stakeholder input and influence. My ability to develop relationships within the team, develop the vision for engagement and communicating this clearly both to the client, the team and the wider community were fundamental to the project planning’s success, from many perspectives include technical, reputation, cost and building community goodwill.
