About

Started out curious about how companies and teams actually work. Not the structure on paper, but how things actually run underneath. Turns out, the reality is messier than it looks on the surface. And I got kind of obsessed with that mess. Now I work in the Founder’s Office, which basically means I show up where things are broken. Scattered processes, workflows held together by hope, teams waiting on decisions that never quite land. And I figure out how to fix them. No playbook. No “this is how we’ve always done it.” Just the problem, and the pressure to solve it. My lens is simple: if it’s manual, automate it. If it’s chaotic, bring structure. If it’s stuck, unblock it. A big part of my work is turning ideas into execution. Rethinking how things operate and building systems that actually hold. Increasingly focused on identifying gaps in manual processes and using AI to automate them, improving speed and efficiency across the organisation. I’ve learned that execution is its own skill, and clarity is a form of speed. I work best in environments where ambiguity is the norm, change is constant, and “good enough” isn’t. The goal is always the same: build things that make growth sustainable, leaner, faster and AI-first from the ground up.
