• As Corporate Vice President at Microsoft, I lead the Fabric Team in Azure Data, spanning Fabric platform engineering, Fabric Real-Time Intelligence, Fabric IQ, Azure Messaging Services, and Microsoft Observability. I oversee a 2,000+ person global engineering, PM, and UX organization building the next generation of data and AI infrastructure.
• Before expanding my current scope, I was focused on building Fabric Real-Time Intelligence, where I created the vision and drove the execution, scaling it from concept to over $100M in annual revenue in under 12 months, making it one of the fastest-growing workloads in Fabric. That foundation now powers Fabric's broader mission: helping organizations observe, reason, and act on data in real time, through experiences that reduce cognitive load and make complex systems feel simple, reliable, and actionable, all built with a laser focus on quality, resiliency, and reliability.
• We are moving from an era of manual analytical decisions to autonomous decision-making. By unifying Observability, Real-Time Intelligence, analytics, and Fabric IQ into a single platform, Microsoft Fabric becomes the nervous system of the modern enterprise: a unified intelligence layer that continuously senses what's happening across the data estate, reasons over real-time context, and acts on what to do next. This is the foundation for the next generation of AI agents and autonomous systems that don't just report on the world, but continuously sense it, reason over it, and respond in real time.

• Direct strategy, engineering, and product vision for Microsoft's Real-Time and Observability suite, managing a global team of 1,500+ and a multi-billion-dollar P&L.

• 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗥𝗧𝗜): Scaled the fastest-growing workload in Microsoft Fabric, facilitating millisecond-latency action on streaming data.
• 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗤: Developed the "Semantic AI" layer to provide graph-based ontologies and enterprise context for AI Agents.
• 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗢𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Oversee Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, processing petabytes of daily telemetry as the cloud's primary reliability engine.

• 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Integrated geospatial and graph capabilities into Fabric, expanding the platform beyond temporal analysis to offer a holistic customer solution.
• 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 𝟬 𝘁𝗼 $𝟭𝟬𝟬𝗠 𝗔𝗥𝗥: Defined the vision and drove execution for Fabric RTI, scaling from concept to a market-leading $100M+ business in under one year.
• 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: Leading the convergence of Operational Data (Logs/Metrics/IoT) and Analytical Data and providing autonomous agents to disrupt the market and provide solution to decades long problem.

• Led the Power BI Platform team, a $1B+ business, that delivered the infrastructure, common functionality and operations to Power BI and other Azure cloud services. The team and I scaled the service more than 12x getting it the best-in-class service by Gartner and Forster.
• Together we delivered a service with 99.97% reliability, and over 60% COGS improvement. Increased support satisfaction in 140%, and NPS in 30%.
