"We are what we eat" - We have heard this adage often and it's true and relevant even today! Our body is an amazing gift we have received and it's important to put the right things into it for peak performance.
Although this might sound simple, we often tend to neglect this fundamental phenomena. We understand the importance of premium fuel for our cars and bikes, but when it comes to our body - we miss the connection.
While it's true that most of us need not work as hard as a professional athlete, we definitely can do our little in expressing our gratitude to this wonderful machine, our body, that's gifted to us.
