Chief People Officer at Envoy Global | HR Strategy & Operations Leader | Global Immigration Innovator With over 25 years of experience in human resources, I am passionate about creating and sustaining a positive and productive work environment for employees and organizations. As the Chief People Officer at Envoy Global, I lead the HR strategy and operations for a fast-growing tech services company that is disrupting the global immigration process with its patented online platform. I oversee HR for our affiliated law firms, managing a combined headcount of over 700 employees across 30 states and 15 countries, including India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Singapore, UK, Austria, Germany, France, Hong Kong, South Africa, Kenya, Namibia, and the USA. I have successfully managed five acquisitions and expanded into ten countries in the past 18 months. In my current role, I oversee all aspects of HR operations, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, global compliance, payroll, total rewards, diversity and inclusion, and the company's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) program. I have implemented and managed a fully remote work model for Envoy Global, ensuring our employees have the flexibility, support, and resources they need to thrive and deliver exceptional results.
