We empower the world's most ambitious brands with technology (built around Drupal) that enables them to innovate and create meaningful customer experiences. In my role at Acquia, I actively collaborate with business leaders to hire exceptional talent across departments such as Product, Engineering, Cloud Operations, Security, IT, Finance, HR, Support, Professional Services, Learning Services, Sales, and Marketing. I am proud to have built multiple teams from scratch with a keen focus on internal mobility and diverse hiring. Additionally, I have been part of establishing and managing our campus hiring programs, leading successful recruitment events in partnership with universities nationwide. Enhancing the candidate and employee experience is a top priority for me. I manage the pre-boarding process to ensure every new hire has a seamless and welcoming transition into Acquia. Contributing to Acquia's culture is something I’m extremely passionate about.
