• As a Growth PM, I worked on Google Workspace - including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Meet, Chat, and more. I built product "on-ramps" (i.e. delightful signup & helpful onboarding) to help organizations collaborate and communicate at their best with Google Workspace.

• At MIT, I helped build a startup focused on personalized wellness and was accepted into MIT's DeltaV accelerator program. I also served as a mentor to MEET (Middle East Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow), a high-school tech entrepreneurship program in Israel/Palestine (supported by MIT, Google, Facebook, Samsung, others).
• For my MBA Internship I joined HubSpot's Growth team. I introduced a strategic framework (“Dual Flywheel”) to help managers spot acquisition and monetization challenges within HubSpot's partner programs. I popularized the framework by developing/shipping a suite of machine learning tools to identify specific growth opportunities (several valued at +70% pts of MRR).

• After one year as a Data Scientist at Seeking Alpha, I transitioned to become the company's first growth Product Manager as the company pivoted from an ads model to subscriptions (SaaS). Working directly with the VP Product, I developed an inbound growth strategy, designed ML models to predict paid user conversion, and increased annual recurring revenue (ARR) from $2M to $10M in our first year.

• I joined Liberty Mutual as part of the selective Associate Product Management Program. After the program, I spearheaded innovation efforts and partnered with Google Nest to build an IoT/Fintech product (Connected Home). I developed statistical models to predict claims more accurately than traditional actuarial models and grew new business sales by ~$20M.
