My role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, GST & Income Tax compliance, investor reporting from a finance perspective, and audit coordination. I have contributed to a ₹1,700 crore multi-entity transaction by supporting financial due diligence, validating books of accounts, preparing structured financial data, and coordinating with auditors and advisors during the transaction lifecycle.
