As a corporate finance professional for the past two decades, I have helped my clients make better decisions around IPO, Open Offers, M&A, Joint Ventures and Capital Raising. From financial consulting to transaction advisory, I bring the best team to help businesses in value creation. Currently, I head Raadhi Advisors, where I lead a cross-functional team to monitor and advise the entire transaction advisory process to free up clients’ management bandwidth to focus on business operations and performance. In a short span of time, Raadhi Advisors are associated with over 20 IPO projects for large corporates with an average issue size of over INR 20,000 million, two M&A projects with enterprise valuation of over INR 16,000 million, and multiple business process re-engineering projects among many other engagements. Previously, I was the Group CFO at Sical Logistics Limited, a listed company & Business Head for Supply Chain Solutions at SICAL Logistics, helping the Company to pursue various acquisition opportunities and in developing strategic business initiatives. I also played a crucial role in the IPO with an issue size in excess of INR 11,000 million, managed multiple Joint Ventures with MNCs, Indian Private Companies, and Indian Government companies, and led the acquisition and integration of two companies. The role involved managing various private equity investors across various businesses of the Group. Leading a team of over 100 finance resources and over 300 resources in the supply chain solutions business, I was also instrumental in bidding on various projects and winning over 10 projects worth INR 300,000 million. My team and I were instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing entry strategies into new businesses and their vertical expansion. Prior to Sical Logistics, I was working at KPMG for almost a decade, advising multiple clients on Accounting, Corporate Governance, M&A, etc. Leading a team of 20+ professionals, we served clients in Retail, Services, IT, Engineering, Pharma and Healthcare.
