As a certified and experienced coach, I have dedicated my career to supporting and engaging future leaders in the workplace. With over 15 years of experience in campus recruitment and early career development, I have worked with large and diverse organisations in the UK and Asia, such as Barclays Capital, Nabarro LLP, and Jardine Matheson, where I was the Head of Early Careers and Group Coaching until June 2023. I am passionate and curious about people, what makes them tick and how they find their success. Through my experiences I have helped individuals and employers to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the transition between university and working life. I have also co-founded and chaired professional networks and associations to promote dialogue and best practices in the graduate recruitment and development industry. My mission is to empower emerging talent to thrive and grow in their careers, while enabling organisations to attract, retain, and develop the best talent for their future.   • My role on the surface was very simple - help attract, retain and develop the early career talent entering Jardine Matheson (an Asian based conglomerate). However, the mission I undertook with my team was to make the Jardines Executive Trainee Scheme JETS one of the leading programmes in the world. We introduced strengths based assessment, a new development programme known as EMBARK and a critical experience framework to more intentionally provide talent management and support to the JET population. It is a high touch programme with coaching and career counselling enabling us to treat all the JETs as individuals on their own paths.
  • For coaching, we introduced a new coaching partnership as we set out on a journey to move towards a coaching culture. Resources and programmes were built in Mentoring, On demand coaching, Coaching Skills and Career Counselling.
