Her company is the pioneer in setting up raw dhoop manufacturing for ITC brand Mangaldeep and recently they started similar operations for Cycle Agarbattis. The research division of the company has thoroughly studied the market – products available, consumer preferences, consumer behavior and market demands. She recently launched her luxury range of candles also under the brand name Enchant’d. The company has created employment opportunities for close to 250 people, mostly women.
